Joe Rea, the finance manager we worked with, made us feel at ease, without heavy sales upsell pressure, to get us the service contract/warranty plan that fit us best. We have walked away from a purchase in the past at a different dealership, making us lose confidence in the vehicle we were buying to begin with, due to high pressure sales for a warranty. Overall, the place is clean and professional. I talked with the sales consultant Rebecca Campbell, who was very helpful. However, the finance manager, Joe Rae, is a very dishonest man and will try to deceive you if he can. He tried to trick me into paying an additional $750 after we had already agreed upon a price.

I called Bayside and spoke with Hakeem 2 hrs before closing on a Saturday during xmas/new year time. He told me OTD after 1 or 2 texts. No BS! Him and the finance manager waited until I got there (1.5 hrs drive). He let us test drive, register profile on Toyota website and get to know the car. We closed the deal and got keys 2 hrs after closing! For that, Hakeem and Bayside deserve 5 stars!
